Very very happy with my experience today, felt very welcomed and at home so could relax, did not feel intimidated [ this can happen at some salons]. Service, care taken, was listened too and Wills also gently and kindly offered his advice which was good and welcomed. Thanks Will for an amazing colour, cut and blow dry on 2nd Feb! I’ll start by saying we’ve been good friends for a while now, but today was the first time he has done my hair as we live quite far apart. He worked tirelessly on my hair for many hours to get the result I wanted- battling through years of home dye and ‘caramel’ (orange) highlights. I came out like a new woman with natural but bright blonde highlights. He talked me through the whole process, what he was doing and why which was interesting and reassuring. I’ve never had such a good blow dry either- I have very fine hair that fluffs up easily and many hair dressers cannot tame it without straighteners or get much volume into it generally...except Will! Honestly I was super impressed! Lots of fun and interesting conversations and education about what products to use, when and why and how to generally get a healthier head of hair. Lovely intimate salon in Rotherfield, bright but warm feeling to it. He also had a very glamorous assistant with him today (his mum 😉) being lovely and making sure I was well cared for. Overall a great experience and I’ll definitely be making Will my number one hairdresser from now on! Cheers dude! Xx
